Returns Policy

Our client satisfaction is important and we want you to feel confortable with your choices and have the possibility to return if that is the case for some unexpected reason does match your expectation.

For that reason our return policiy allow us you a period of 15 day to return items that may be damaged or do not correspond your expectations. Althoug we double-chedk every shipping and we trust you’ll love your purchase we want you to feel secure to order your “pieces of joy”. 

So our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange or refund.

We will only accept returns of unused items and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and labels. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept returns of articles that are intimate or of personal care.
